I just recently resubbed to EVE again for the 100th time, hoping my feelings towards it will change and ill magically get hooked on spreadsheets.
What about yall?
That is the same way I always felt about the game. It's really hard to get into. Not because the game is challenging but because it's boring and sucks.
and the pve missions are easy-mode. I played the 21 day free trial couple years back and it was very boring.
You practically can just autopilot around enemies, and kill them by firing missiles whenever you can.
Not to mention there were a lot of repeats, even for early missions.

I still play Star Trek Online but not nearly as much as I used to nor do I invest any $ into it anymore but since I have a Lifetime account I just gotta be patient with anything I may want to buy. Over the last couple of years just too much leaning towards monetizing & rinse repeat grinding.
I still play Star Wars: The Old Republic & was subbed till right before KotFE released. I subbed again for 1 month after release & will let it lapse again. There's just not enough incentive to stay subbed in that game for me. I definitely do not like the way they have random lucked their marketplace now.
I dabble in Battlestar Galactica but do not invest any $ into it since it is PvP.
Guild Wars 2 from time to time, but I have just never been able to connect & want to stay with that game like I did the original GW.
One or twice a month I'll log into Everquest 2. I'd like to start anew again in EQ2 & buy a few items but every time they have a sale it seems it is for only subbed players Like many other games though after being around SO long the economy is SO inflated. It still has one of the most entertaining crafting systems I have ever tried-out before.
When a World of Warcraft itch gets to be too much I just play my free to play starter account & that soothes the beast. Yes it is outdated by today's standards but still a good game.
EVE I only ever played as a trial. I found the game fascinating but confusing as well with not a good tutorial in game but that was about 3 years ago. The few players I interacted with though were very nice. I really digged EVE's visuals back then.
During Steam's Winter Sale I almost bought Elder Scrolls Online. I'll probably eventually buy ESO just because I have the sandbox games, & still play Skyrim like many even today, but not till there's another good sale.
I had forgot about Lord of the Rings Online. I liked the game when I played it for a couple of months & do not even remember why I stopped. Might have to reinstall that & retry it someday.
I keep playing FFXI, i don't over play because that will ruin any game.I was playing Hearthstone quite a bit but i am just tired of the game ,Blizzard is not improving it,all they do is add a few cards each sell job but the game itself never improves.
I am thoroughly enjoying Dishonored,i really like it a single player game.
I still play many of my older games, even Nintendo and Sega games.I recently played Serious Sam again, good fun.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

I've been wanting to get back into LotRO, it's one of my favorite MMOs. I just don't think I can justify the $60 cost of all the xpacs I've missed out on just got get back into it again though.
Might be worth checking out.
I logged back in after 3 years away and have a few thousand points to spend and loads of marks and medalions etc.
Enough to progress into Rohan currently and no idea where all the tokens came from but it seems from expansions and stuff it just awarded to me for some reason.
Dunno really , this year was strange played WoW WIldstar-ESO-FFXi-Archage.Nothing kept me going except FFxi(2-3 months)
CUrrently playing nothing, waiting for a few games though.WIll deffo buy the WOW expansaion, B &S was good but i ahte the fact i have to use costumes to adjust my exterrior appearence i hate when mmorpgs do that(same goes for skyforge) Insta delete
FFXIV endgame raiding. Currently there are only four endgame fights, but two of these fights have destroyed the community with their difficulty level. The producer of the game even said "the difficulty was high to the point that players were transferring to different Worlds in search of groups to beat it."
We asked for more difficult raids, they delivered; when only three-four groups per server could actually beat these raids, players began transferring and quitting. What is even more surprising is that the JP players PUG these raids weekly, while NA players can barely make progress nearly six months since these raids were released. The cultural and social differences between the JP/NA communities are fascinating to study in this game.
I decided to give Guild Wars 2 another try after leaving it 2 years ago and I'm having a great time. I recommend it to anyone that is burned out on typical mmos.
ESO as a main game. Just started final fantasy 14 again, only played it a little at launch. APB Reloaded with friends for a quick few missions a night. Working on my Racing times in Star Citizen.
Just Devilian. I've been playing it at my own pace and that's worked out so far. I may be bored in a couple of weeks though and maybe return to D3. Before that I played GW2 but quit after the final boss fight bugged out and I realized how annoyed I was with all of the hero points that I had to skip due them having bosses requiring a group.
ESO. Didnt like it much at first. But turns out its the best out of meager offers out there today.
One thing is true though. Its packed with players. You will literally always see another player, no matter in what nook and cranny you are and in which zone.
Surprising they are having such good population. I never seen it written anywhere.

Er.....with Megaservers you cant tell if the game has 500k players or 500, so no reason to comment since Zenimax never published any figures about it.

Played them all and some more since the beta of EQ and AC...
surprisingly, i am back playing WoW casually... and having lots and lots of fun...
why? Fun combat, great lore, easy accesibillity, enough challenge in pvp and high endgame... I even trake the restrictions to my freedom for granted, realising that these restrictions allow them to create classes that are fun to play...
looking forward to Legion, even tough they will try and kill some things that i am having fun with right now..
Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)

I might download it and see, I know I've got quite a few points still, but I doubt enough to afford any xpacs. The account page on the website sure doesn't tell you much.
Yep, you can check your TP balance only in-game. Expansions were pretty cheap around xmas, for 25-30 bucks you could grab all. Yesterday started a discount for the ingame store, so if you want to get expansions from TP it's a good time to reinstall
For the topic, as @Phaserlight pointed out there was a same thread maybe 2 weeks ago... it's a short time for changes, so even if the winter events are gone (ok, in LotRO they extended it for the weekend, because there will be the big maintenance on Monday anyways), I play the same I wrote in the other thread.

EU Megaserver or One server as most of MMOs today have for EU. What does it matter.
I play MMOs for ages and trust me i know how to notice healthy population

It's Warhammer Online, for free, rebuilt by fans. Max level is currently 31/40 with t3 reconstituted but not yet overly populated.

Played: EQ, EQ2, Vanguard, WAR, WoW, LoTRO, CoX, CO, GW2, FFXIV: ARR, AoC, Rift, TSW, SWTOR, TERA, BnS, ESO
