    Shapeshifting? No.

You teleport 100 feet, before self teleport you choose tp-friend or tp-foe (or both if you want).

    Invincible? No.

[Edit: dohh forgot about CoH AT powersets, see below]

Shape shifting is only avaialble to the Warshades and Peacebringers archtype (currently you have to have 1 level 50 character to unlock this archtype) Warshades and peacebringers "natural form" is that of a creature that resembles a floating squid. They can transform into a humanoid form and they can also have 2 other forms.

Each form has access to certain powers..

Teleporting is a power that becomes available to anyone starting at level 6, as with any travel power. You have to take 1 pre-requisite travel power, then you can take the actual travel power at level 14.

The prerequisite powers from the teleport pool is teleport friend and Teleport foe. These powers are similar, you target the friend/enemy and select a spot nearby your character to teleport target to.

At level 14, you can choose teleport self as a power. When you click the power, a targeting icon will appear that similar to your teleport foe/friend icon. You teleport is line of sight. So if a building is in the way, you can't teleport through it unless you reposition your view.

You can teleport into the air or on the ground. There is a slight hover time so that you can repeat teleport if your destination is more then one hop away. Your max distance when you first get teleport self is around 100 feet per hop. You can max the distance to about 300 feet per hop, if memeory serves me well. Teleport self drains a lot of endurance at the start, but slotting 3 end SO greatly reduces the end drain so that you can TP from the south end of Steel Canyon to the North end without having to rest

Tank and scrappers have access to invicible powerset.  Tanks get invicible as a primary power and it is a lot better defence then the scrapper's invicible secondary powerset.

wich one of the transposation mods is the fastest or coolest?

and one more thing. i am thinking of buying cov. because then super groups can build bases. but is cov in like, a dark world? or in the same city that coh players is in, paragon city?

COV takes place in Rogue Isles which is a bunch of islands. Its dark and rundown. Its the direct opposite of COH.

SG's in both games can get bases.

As for the best travel power, I like Super Jumping.

    Fastest>slowest

    Teleport Self>Superspeed>Superjump>Fly

I have to say, I think each travel power in my opinion are great. The hardest to get use to would be teleport self. Fly, although slowest is very fun.

**Edit** last post I made for distance for Teleport self, replace feet with yards. So min TP range is 100 yards, max I believe is 300 yards

if i buy coh, do i get a 30 day fri trial then? and if i do, do i get one if i buy cov too? so that i can play in almost two months without using a credit card?

im just wondering cause i need to try it before i start paying image

Each game comes with 30 days of playtime. After that you have to pay $15 per month. If you have CoH, it's $15 a month. If you have CoV, it's $15 a month. If you have both, it's $15 a month.

If you're just starting, get CoH first. It's cheaper at the moment and is more fully developed. CoV is harder to navigate around, is more claustrophobic and darker/dingier and only goes to level 40 while CoH goes to 50. (Levels 41-50 are coming to CoV with the next update, which should probably be sometime in April.)

As far as bases, currently you have to own CoV in order to access them, and then it costs a lot of in-game money to build and equip them. They claim this is changing, but a lot of people have left CoH/V because the superbase stuff was somewhat misrepresented. You won't be able to build a base immediately, and in order to have a fully functional one, you need a fairly large and active supergroup or villaingroup.

The major downside to the games is that the constant string of nerfs over the past six months has decreased the fun factor and has hurt the subscriber base in America. CoV generally has higher player numbers than CoH, since most of the CoV playerbase are CoH players who've moved over. Whereas a year ago all the servers were full all the time, nowadays there are times when some of them are virtual ghost towns. That's not a huge problem, though, because both games can be easily played solo until others log on to team up with.

    k, thx for your answer!image

coh sounds realy fun!image but i was just wondering: do i need a credit card to play the trial?imageand i also wonders where i shall go to pay, is it www.cityofheroes.com? can i pay for more then one month, and if i can, does it get a little bit cheaper if i pay for 6 months togheter rather then paying 1 month then 1 month again and again and again and again and again ?

if i dont need credit card to play the trial im going to beginn playing soon. so i was wondering wich server/realm is the best/coolest?

If you're talking about a "free trial" from one of your friends, then I don't know how those work. I thought you were talking about buying the games. In the former, I don't know if you need a credit card; with the latter, you probably do. Get your parent's permission.

Just want to point out something to you real quick since I had a friend make a mistake and buy City of Heros instead of City of Villians... If you purchase City of Heros you will not be able to play City of Villians... The problem here is that City of Heros is dead right now, hardly anyone plays its like a waste land.. City of Villians though has alot of people running around and teams everywhere.. While COV is kinda like a expansion in many ways its more like a seperate game. So be very carefull on which game you buy right now, my friend cussed me out cause I didnt break it down to him which was my fault..

You see, every mammal on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with their surrounding environment, but you humans do not. You spread to an area, and you multiply, and you multiply, until every natural resource is consumed. The only way you can survive is to spread to another area. There is another organism on this planet that follows the same pattern. Do you know what it is? A virus. Human beings are a disease, a cancer of this planet.-Mr.Smith

well, im going to buy them both anyway. it cant cost so much.so i realy doesnt matter wich one i buy first , since im going to buy the other one short time afterimage

If your getting both, I recommend this. Start with CoV, Then after the 30 day free period is done, activate your CoH, you'll get another 30 days free image

I don't know if activating both at the same time will net you 2 months in a row free.
