Is this a dungeon crawler?

I couldn't find straight answers to this question but so far I've seen 5 gameplay videos and all of them were about soloing dungeons, I didn't see other players around. Is this a dungeon crawler or are there open world quests / content too?

    There is an open world too. The world is divided into zones which do not have seamless travel between. However the world is pretty big ( the world is divided somewhat like Aion if you have played that, and not like EOS).

    Game is great fun and boasts an awesome combat system, if you like skilful action combat.
