Blizzard has finally revealed the next two characters that will enter Heroes of the Storm in the near future. The female Wizard from Diablo 3 and the Male Necromancer from Diablo 2 will be the next two heroes. The Wizard is the final character from D3, though the Necro is the first of the D2 characters leading to speculation that the rest of the crew (Amazon, Assassin, male Barbarian, Druid, Paladin and Sorceress) may also be added over time.

I believe HotS is one of the best MOBAs on the market and has actually taken the time to breathe fresh air into a stale genre. It's pretty exciting the Necromancer from Diablo 2 will be making a debut as that was my favorite character in the Diablo franchise.

Happy to see necro coming. I mess with this once or twice every few weeks. Not big on moba's at all and am a pretty casual player these days, but HoTS and Smite are the ones that keep me interested.

This is quite honestly the worst MOBA on the market, offering absolutely NOTHING but fanfare for Blizzbots. Every aspect has been covered, but leave it to the king of gaming idea thefts to try to still weasel their way into the market. Disgraceful company.
It's sometimes nice to wake up to a healthy dose of satire in the morning.  Making fun of Blizzard haters by using absolutes and showing no knowledge of where the genre came from.  Bravo.  Take my +1 Lol.  =)

Though I'll be honest I was kind've hoping that the article in question was confirmation of Diablo III necromancer when I casually glanced at the title.

Due to frequent travel in my youth, English isn't something I consider my primary language (and thus I obtained quirky ways of writing).  German and French were always easier for me despite my family being U.S. citizens for over a century.  Spanish I learned as a requirement in school, Japanese and Korean I acquired for my youthful desire of anime and gaming (and also work now).  I only debate in English to help me work with it (and limit things).  In addition, I'm not smart enough to remain fluent in everything and typically need exposure to get in the groove of things again if I haven't heard it in a while.  If you understand Mandarin, I know a little, but it has actually been a challenge and could use some help.

Also, I thoroughly enjoy debates and have accounts on over a dozen sites for this.  If you wish to engage in such, please put effort in a post and provide sources -- I will then do the same with what I already wrote (if I didn't) as well as with my responses to your own.  Expanding my information on a subject makes my stance either change or strengthen the next time I speak of it or write a thesis.  Allow me to thank you sincerely for your time.

I have never played a MOBA more than a few times before and only recently picked up HotS. I love it! The mechanics are fun and interesting, the characters are some of my favorites from all of Blizzard's IPs and the variety of play styles is great considering relatively few heroes compared to other titles.

The only thing I'm sort of 'eh' about is the amount of in-game gold gained as reward for victory (though the rewards for  dailies are decent) as compared to the cost of buying MOST new heroes and/or skins. That said, none of them are needed as the weekly rotation is robust enough to keep my interest and skins/mounts are not in any way needed to have a good time.

    Favorite heroes:

LiLi who simply dances around the rest of the team healing and occasionally zooming in to stun. She rarely dies and often gets the "Hero of the Storm" notification.

Diablo who thunders around ground stomping and frying those pesky "in the gate, out of the gate" sorts until getting frustrated enough to grab and slam....and then die if there are too many opposing heroes around. Still fun and when he gets on a roll, he's the best

Zagara my ranged queen. Not enough good to say about her. :)

This game is a blast to play. There's something awesome about playing characters that I grew up with from the various blizzard titles. It's much less stressful than League or Dota and the fact that matches last at most 20 minutes is a huge upside for someone that doesn't have alot of play time. The only thing that has been keeping me away from it is the lack of a well fleshed out ranked system. It's still in this awkward preseason limbo that has ranks but no real rewards from it. I'm hoping that gets fleshed out in time.

I like Hots i enjoy playing it but it is definitely not the best MOBA on the market.

Alot of the Maps have severe issues and basically choke the rest of the game depending on the map you get randomly. There is alot of random shit forced down players throats depending on the map and there is nothing the player can do about it. If i could pick the maps i enjoy or exclude the ones i don't like it would be alot better but sadly you can't.
