The Shatterer has taken his lumps through the years, and not just from Tyria's greatest heroes pounding away at his front right foot. Ever since the Tequatl revamp, players have wanted a better, more interesting experience for something that's supposed to be one of the most dangerous monsters in all of Tyria. For many of us, the Shatterer holds a special place as the first major boss encounters we saw in Guild Wars 2, and it's high time he seemed dangerous again.

Teq is now down to a system. Get there one hour, one half hour early, certain victory. Get there ten mins. early and you usually go into overflow but have about a 80% change of victory. Get there on the hour and your defeat is likely unless an entire guild goes into overflow which is rare because they usually get there an hour early. I usually don't do CoJ because it's so long. Teqs length is great for me. Looking forward to the new Shat.
It happens with every new change. When the 'revamped' Tequatl was new, it was a fail more often then not. Just need to learn the new mechanics is all.
