    Damn, i didn't know this was in beta now....downloading client now :). Thanks for the fyi, I've been eagerly waiting to test this game out since I read about it a year ago. The concept seems very interesting; now to see if they can pull it off.

    this is an edit and i found the file after a while of searching so you are permitted to carry on with your normal lives now::::01::

    ive been in auto assault ever since it hit closed beta, and I have to say its horrible. Unless you like unintelligent questing systems and demolition derbys... this isnt the game for you ::::07::

    As soon as you start the game you can see that the questing system is very linear, trying to push you certain ways to do certain things, at certain times. Next... most quests just have you running somewhere, running over some people, and blowing up a building...

    The only good thing I can say about auto assault is the fact that you can blow up terrain is a great idea... the rest of it is very bland and mindless ::::21::

    This is probably one of the most terrible MMOs out there at this time.. I played for 20mins to give it a fair trial and then I couldnt take it anymore.. Seriously, the gameplay is boring its like playing twisted metal online.. :(

    The people you have to gun down at the beginning look like stick figures lol.

    Have any of you actually tried playing the game and not just look at it for a few minutes? The questing system only seems linear because you are following a storyline for the most part, eseecially on the Mutant side. Graphics are great and gameplay is addictive, requireing good use of skills and healing items as well as enough strategy to move your vehicle in a way to get some level of advantage so as to assure your victory. Once you move out of the starting area the game picks up alot too. Sounds like everyone one of you blindly bashing the game are the usual people who find that this isn't the exact same thing you always play so it isn't worth playing. And thats exactly why I laugh reading the posts.

    man, i guess i didn't give the game a fair chance, but i just felt no desire to get past level 3. it's like a typical rpg, except you're a difficult to control car in a bland universe. i only played an hour or two before i gave up.

    what i found annoying is that you'll inevitabely run into a creature, and your car goes flying into the air. in the meantime you're driving thru trees and other players.

    Nothing is bland in the Mutant area at least, unless you just have all your graphic options set to low, and the physics aren't really polished yet. Trees are rather weak and thus easily uprooted, the thing with hitting players will sometimes let you pass thru and sometimes let you ram them a bit, im not sure which way it will be outside of PvP areas but I think it may be go thru so you can't just mindlessly grief people. Hitting a creature has never caused me to flip into the air while playing it so I have no idea what you are talking about there.

    If you find somethign too bland or doesn't sit right try the other 2 groups, I tried all 3 and only like Mutants, can't stand the Human or Bio-Mek areas personally.
