Amazing, even though that ship sunk 70 years ago, Japanese still remember it today.

Btw PSO2 is an awesome anime, made in SAO - Log Horizon style.

Will not be surprised if we get no western release.

Love that ship in the comics and movies. Even purchased the movie "Space Battleship Yamato" with subtitles so as not to ruin the movie with terrible dubbing.

Ahaha, it's just a lobby based dungeon game with a sci-fi skin. Don't even know why anyone would be excited for this game anymore. Sega lost its' chance to make this game viable in the NA and EU by waiting way too long.

They can keep their lobby based Vindictus-like game. I want Phantasy Star back, the original RPG series.

I love this series but Sega has dropped the ball on the brand.

What's up with the Yamato? Make no sense.

Nice! I love seeing stuff about this game that I'll never see in the west. Shame really, its a decent game, but Sega is such a generally bad company when it comes to knowing what the heck they are doing.

I wanted to play this so much made the account struggled with the Japanese characters then after getting into the game it lagged so badly for me I kept stopping every 5 steps I had to give up...really sad.

The secret of world of anime it seems, and putting a bunch of animes in 'any theme goes' park for the kids to play in. If one anime is not interesting enough, then why not all of them?

The things developers have to do, to keep their audience engaged. Are you entertained now, people?

Been playing on the Japanese servers for over a year with no issues. PSO2 is doing fine in Japan without wasting time with the flaky western audience. The english community has done everything they can to make english players get into it easy.

Didn't like it. The first two trailers they did were great though, this one not so much.

    In War - Victory.
    In Peace - Vigilance.
    In Death - Sacrifice.

Apparently a contract SEGA signed with the Chinese publishers for PSO2 prohibits them from putting the game on Steam, at all, for a period of time they are not allowed to disclose.

IIRC, there is a SEA server for PSO2 in english. Translation might be off here and there but still better than reading through Japanese.
