  I'm sure they will add more levels and dungeons. I'm just not sure how quick they will get around to doing so.

  The thing you have to know though... in D&D, levels have a lot more power than what you're used to in other RPGs and MMOs.  In classic 1980s D&D, if you hit level 36, that was considered the point at which your character was nearly a GOD.  For most people, after years of playing, "high level" was somewhere around the 15-20 mark.  10th level is pretty high in D&D.

  Also consider that because each "level" in DDO is split into 4 parts, getting to level 10 in DDO will require "levelling" not 10 times, but basically 40 times... giving you an experience sort of like reaching "level 40" in other MMOs. 

  There's also multiclassing to consider... yes, you may only be able to reach level 10, but if you are multiclassed as say, a fighter/mage, "level 10" is sort of like "level 20"... and with those 4 stages, that's (in this analogy) sort of like levelling 80 times.

  You can't really compare D&D to other RPGs and MMOs... it's the originator and plays by its own rules (despite how many times it might be ripped off by others).

  all good and dandy. But what is that comment about multiclassing? Maybe you got confused how the old system worked that a multi class character practically earned half experience..

  But in the new system, you earn same experience no matter if you have 2 or 3 classes (as long as you do not incur XP penalty for not having your favored class or for keeping the classes too far in level from each other). So 10 level for a multi class just means 5 levels in one class and 5 in another. simple as that. the maximum level remains 10. Is not that a character multi classing can bring BOTH classes to 10, so being effectivly a level 20!

  Each time you level up, you can choose what class to rise, the maximum, at least in the P&P game, is 3 classes.
