@ArChWind, im east coast US, Its supossed to be 5 hour difference (6 with daylight time change). Its 2 pm EST right now and still no access.
I just received a typical automated answer to my ticket and no solution . I replied back re-explaining the situation, i'm waiting for a human reply.

Let me demonstrate with pictures since some of you are utterly incapable of understanding a coherent narrative with out them.
You go to Blackdesertonline.com, and it looks like this:
You see the 'Black Desert Online Important Pre-launch Information page' and think, that looks important, i'll start there, and you're greeted with this: As you can see there is no mention of any 26th pre-order date which we now know is so critical, apparently. It simply states that pre-orders for conquerer, explorer, and traveler are entitled to early access at those dates. Keep in mind no official launch has occurred. You have no reason to suspect an order prior to launch is not a pre-order. Keep in mind this is the most recent, and therefore supposed to be the most accurate News Release. It still appears as above on their webpage, they still have not edited this page.
You click the order button and see this: (The above page has since been edited to indicate a March 3rd access date with additional details lower. Feel free to verify the above existed via the waybackmachine)
Clearly there is no Conquerer' package, but there is still an explorers package, and as the previous news item said Explorers can start on March first, and this page does not indicate anything different.
So you buy the explorer pack, you download, and patch and it says this:

Or you know you could have read the news piece that's titled "Do not miss these key dates" or the "Thank you for playing" and with a little common sense figured out that you should buy before the 26th. Alternatively reading the actual game package page and not seeing headstart access as a feature should have also tipped people off.

I tried several times during BETA to login and just could not,the game couldn't find a login address,so i'll would be damned if i would risk any money on a game that would have me jump through hoops to figure out something that SHOULD be ready to go by now.

You know you can file a complaint for misleading advertising,with the FTC in the USA,Canada has it's own as well other countries have their regulatory laws as well. I remember seeing one of them actually had premade reports so you could send it,basically requesting a response within 7 days and you mail it on behalf of the governing body where you live.

If they can't read then they should get someone to explain it to them. Point is it didn't say anywhere on the package page that you received head start access. If it was assumed head start was included then that's on the person.

How are you incapable of understanding that the issue was people buying after the 26th but before march first? I posted all screens involved in the process prior to march 1st, and none of them mentioned a 26th date.
Yes you would have to be a friggin moron to buy a package after the changes were made on March 1st. Those changes were specifically made so that people were properly informed as they should have been from the begining.

Keep in mind there was a thread going this entire time in the tech support section of the international section on the bdo forum. There are plenty of screen shots of the above with timestamps etc.
The whining in this thread is mind boggling. It's not like you will still not be receiving all of the items in the pre-order package. All you miss out on is a measly 2 or 3 days after which time you will be able to play forever until the end of time. As a matter of fact, this thread will still be in full display well after midnight tonight, a time at which if you would have cooled your jets and exerted a little patience you could have started playing instead of stomping your feet on the ground like petulant children on temper tantrums threatening and getting refunds for a game that you must have obviously wanted to play so very badly otherwise you would have never bought it before the game had even officially launched.
