Carbine has announced that Wildstar Signature Members will be seeing a significant increase to the amount of omnibits dropping in the game. From now on, the weekly cap for omnibits has increased and the drop rate is now +200%.

    The subscription needs more incentives. The game needs more paying people as its too generous for freeloaders.

    Their first goal should be to make a product people were willing to play even for free. Next step is to figure out how to make it even better to have them pay for it.

    Yes they need to entice more people to play their game to create interest in it and also try to not lose the subscribers they have. Game is treading water and occasionally going under really worried it might shut down. Pity really.

    I subscribed to WS for the first year but walked away when it was going F2P. At that stage I was looking for a break anyway. If you haven't tried this sci-fi title yet you should if only to run around as a maniacal Chua during your visit. As for extra Omnibit perks added to the monthly $14.99 Signature Member fee it couldn't hurt to always sweeten the deal.

    Desperate times call for desperate measures. Next month, they'll be doubling loot drops from all mobs for subs.
