Before I get started just wanted to say I'm sure the questions I'm about to ask have been asked before, I just haven't been on the forums in a while and this game intrigues me a lot
#1: How is the longevity of the game looking?
-More WoW content at the end or GW2 like with collecting gear/achieve/pvp?
-Other features such as housing and crafting? How does that look like it will play out?
#2: Is this game more like ESO, based on the graphics and little game play I've seen? Or is it a combination of other great MMORPGS?
#3: Microtransactions? Do they give people a boost for people who buy as apposed to those who don't or is it strictly cosmetic?
#4: How is the PvP?
#5: Last one and it might seem silly, but is it possible to use the arrow keys to move and look around? Much like WoW, for those who have a regular laptop you know what I mean. I don't particularly like using the W,S,D,A arrows to move around. Also don't have a mouse, was never a fan of using them for games.

4. PvP is more an end game thing and I am sure its going to be awesome but no one can judge right now as you need a large community end game to really start to get the feel of what BD is shooting for. Be sure there will be plenty of PvP and freedom to PvP how you want. Raid, teamed or small group of friends. Go take out castles and keeps etc.
I am waiting to see how people feel the class balance is in PvP before I jump in.

Answer #1 This game in my opinion is going to last for some time now simply because there has not been a game like it in such a long time. By this I mean there are players (such as myself) who have been waiting for sandbox elements to games and this on has a lot of them.
End content is what you make of it. I am guessing that you are a young guy who has only experienced Themepark type game. Thempark games have players doing things such as Raids, Guild runs, and Daily. It is not like that for this game. You can only compare this game with games such as SWG, Shadowbane or Vangard.
Housing and crafting is very unique in it's own way (this was a key element of Sandbox themed games of the past). I cannot stress the point that this is NOT a themepark it is a sandbox type. As for crafting you can do whatever crafting you want without limit. So if you want to build wagons, weapons, armor, be a farmer, cook, or whatever you can do it in this game. The crafting is so immersive that you would get lost just on the crafting (this is in fact as soon as you learn how it works), I spent hours upon hours just trying to learn bits and pieces of it while playing beta. MMOs of today have lost the very expect of players learning to do things on their own (this is because of games such as WoW). This game has brought back some of those good ole elements of not holding your hand. It has put the control of some expects of the game back into the players hand. Be warned though if you play the game: if you use chat you use up energy and energy is like gold in this game.
Answer #2 The graphics (as for character creation) is unlike any other game you have ever played. I went to school for graphic arts and I noticed they are using a freaking modeling program built into the game engine as it seem. You can highly detail your character from head to toe of who you would like them to be. Since most games are behind just on the character creation I would say that you do not see any hint of older game elements in this one.
Answer #3 I have not bought anything in this game because what I see is a bunch of FLUFF crap and I am just not into eyecandy. Also again this is a sandbox not a themepark game so if you play this game remember this: FORGET EVERYTHING YOU KNOW ABOUT A MMO BECAUSE IT DOESN'T HELP IN THIS GAME.
Currently it has little end game content, it's mostly gearing up and do stuff with guild.
Crafting and housing is excellent in this game. Much more interesting and complex than other similar games.

The gameplay is quite unique, I can't think of a game to compare BDO with. While I've mentioned the lack of end game content, in BDO it's hard to define a end game in the first place, to many people there are always lots of little things to do in the game which they find enjoyable.

The cash shop do offer plenty of buffs that would give paid users a significant edge over others. For example, there is an item that gives the user 20% additional drop rate, a big boost for people who want to grind for items. That being said, most items in the cash shop (the above mentioned item included) can be traded via the broker for in game silver.

I've played the KR server on and off since OBT and I've only been pked once. Not sure how Pk would play out on the Western servers but chances are it will be very stagnant. The other PvP option would be guild related activities, can't comment on that since I don't have a guild.

Yes. You can change the inputs via the settings menu.
