I did enjoy GW2 allot especially the dynamic events, sure they are scripted so are all games, the point is I really did enjoy seeing mobs attack and outpost either they took it or they were defeated or merchants doing their thing, quests chains led to boss spawns ect, all those events all over made GW2 feel alive.
I would love to see those things also in BDO, as we see now the mobs are the classic Asian style, standing still in nicely packed group for easy farming purpose with 10-20 second respawn timer.
Yes I know your primary lvling are thrue grinding mobs but with GW2 type of event system would really make this game more alive, gameworld can change from a peaceful hamlet one day, a hellhole with bandits the next and they are about to launch an attacks on the nearby farms.
I'm not saying make it like GW2 or make it themepark I just want it to be more alive with events happening all around the world.

It's more about what players create with the tools given to them than them trying to get satisfaction with what a game gives to them. It's going to be great once you can work with your guild to obtain your very own guildhouse and everything that follows with it including the option to try and get yourself a 3-player elephant mount to help you on your adventures or bust open the gates of your enemy.
Ship-to-ship combat will be there upon the big sea update and monsters will lurk the waters. You will need a big group and sturdy frigates if you want to try your luck at a kraken boss somewhere in the deep blue sea and all this tied together
I wouldnt mind seeing some event where hundreds of tough monsters are attacking places like Calpheon or other towns but I think it would be pretty taxing on anyones computer.
