I'm really interested in check this game out, but I don't know if the money is worth it. So I really want to try it out useing a buddy code. I'm already downloading the client from the DDO site, so all I need is a buddy code. If you have one, either PM me or send it to my email, AcidRain3@gmail.com . Thanks ^_^

Good move. This game definitely isn't worth paying money for. Half my EQ2 guild bought it and none of them will be renewing after the first free month of play. There just isn't enough content in the game, no "end game" raids or anything, so really no reason to keep coming back to the game except to grind through the same dungeons over and over and over. With no randomization and no respawns, why bother?
I'm in the same boat, though I have never felt compelled to ask for a buddy code before, I feel I must now.
I have played: AO, AC, AC2, WoW, SWG, E&B, EQ1, EQ2, MxO, SWG, and [currently] CoH/CoV [my regular game since CoH Beta) over the years. I am just not prepared to potentially waste another $50 on a new MMO box without sampling it first.
Now, I've played D&D and other RPGs for over 20 years. I work, as a publisher, in the RPG industry for D20 material (for one of our divisions). DDO sounds interesting and different from the (played ad nauseum) EQ1, EQ2, and WoW.
However, if anyone has a buddy code lying around you won't otherwise be using, please PM me with it and I'll give it a shot. Hell, I don't even care what server I start on to try it, so you can even recommend a server.

I would be gratefull for a buddy key also , I dont really have much hopes that somebody will give me one but I can try asking
. My situation is a bit different , I bought the game but it is taking them ages to deliver and because of me my whole static group has to wait and waste time because we want to play from lev 1 til 10 together . That is why I am asking for a buddy key , to start playing already before my damn copy arrives (at this speed its goin to be next xmas

Normally i wouldn't ask for this but i could really use a key as well, I've played every mmo on the market and this is the only game, i can't make a decision on. This game seems promising but at the same time, so very limited. I've always been a fan of dnd, so this game perked my interest. But after playing games based off of movies/etc (MxO SWG) im a bit doubtful this will be a good game and not just another poor game based off a popular license.

Buddy Key = 14days trial then have to pay 49US to make the account full. Sounds Good eh..
All DDO Boxes have a Buddy Key it's to make sure they get more ppl to pay and play a game that has 10lvls maxium (2weeks work at 4hrs a day). You can buy all the +5items you need at low cost, as you will be hunting all the same targets OVER AND OVER AND OVER..
Other than that, HOT GAME, just needs alot more thought put into the storyline and more into the combat lvls.

I don´t think its a good idea to ask this question (or start that poll) which require ingame experience in a thread where people asking for a buddy key to test the game

I would love one too if anyone has one! I've played WoW (still do actually), EQ2, GW, and Asheron's Call and would LOVE to give this game a try. I've been a big D&D fan for years and have absolutely loved Neverwinter and the other D&D spinoffs.

Hey all. Would love to try this game but i'm a broke Uni student here. From the sounds of it, it all depends on whether or not this game is your play style. I have a feeling it will be, but being a student doesn't give me the luxuries of paying out so quickly.

hi! sorry guys don't have a spare buddy code since i bought the key at gamersloot.net ,it's because they deliver the keys via email and received it 15 minutes later after i ordered, that fast and convenient, try to check it if you have the time see ya!
