Will the StarMarine(exTM) Gamemode have this quality?

Just to show what's possible in the unity engine, very good shaders and looks quite impressive

Escape from Tarkov(indie), programmed in Unity5

It's not possible because the netcode must allow for all the 50-90 "parts" of each average spaceship. It's cool, the premise of having both first person perspective and flight mode seamless. That's like, the driving factor behind the novelty of SC and no one can, or I think even intends to, "take that from them". Indeed, NMS has similar format, but with less detail (fidelity!).

Saying , however , CIG can take that architecture and do much more with it, that is the real challenge, and while they've admittedly pushed boundaries, there are very real limitations, limitations they're not prepared to admit while people are still throwing money into the pot for spaceship jpegs, LTI or otherwise.

CIG really needs to come clean about what's in the realm of possibility with these dreamer followers. If it's today or a year from now, there are going to be alot of broken hearts over the project. Wouldn't it be better to come today? I think so.

If the FPS side of SC is anything close to this I would be happy. Unfortunately, at this rate it would take another $100 million just to get the tactical door manipulation implemented.
No. I don't believe for one moment throwing more money fixes that. It's another entire generation, if not two, of netcode technology. If "that" is what one means, the number isn't "hundreds of millions", but "billions", and it ain't coming from CIG.

I guess we wont know since Star Marine has been postponed indefinitely after Chris promoted it for an entire year.

I'm not tracking. Are you saying that the technology isn't good enough to handle door control on the back-end?
If the character "zones" to a particular instance which is "solely fps", then sure, much is possible. I don't believe, for example, you could use a ship's gun to "blow open" said door in that instance, because it's entirely a contained fps environment to which the character has transitioned. This is wholly different than, say, the environment on Port Olisar, which includes aspects both of fps and vehicle interface.

edit: That latter environment, I really believe, will be stripped of any extraneous effect or feature.
