LFG - Non Asian MMO

Just tried out FF14 trial.. got to level 20 and 15 in two classes and I gotta say the game isn't pulling me in. W/o going into too much detail, the asian style of MMOS is not for me, pretty much everyone I've seen looks like a rehash of the same style. 

I'm looking for an open world, PvE game, with polish (my god ff14 interface is amateur at best)
dungeons and lots of them.
No Pay to Win Garbage I have a job I can afford a subscription if that game is worth it, or F2P but not really because we will drown you in Microtransactions.
Holy Trinity
No AMMO's

Does it exist?

    Guild Wars 2. It's B2P but it has polish, is Western, you could probably get a cheap key off of Amazon. They have sales sometimes, too.

    Hmmm....Nothing that fits your description that is recent.  There are some in development though.
