in Dark Age of Camelot

Hi, I decided to buy this game tomorrow and Just wanted some feedback before i make any characters.

1)Hibernia
What class is the best pve class?
What class is the best pvp class?
What class is the most versatile in play style?
What class is the most low maintence?

2)Midgard
What class is the best pve class?
What class is the best pvp class?
What class is the most versatile in play style?
What class is the most low maintence?

3)Albion
What class is the best pve class?
What class is the best pvp class?
What class is the most versatile in play style?
What class is the most low maintence?

Thank you! I have searched the Daoc homepage but I have no idea what to play. There are so many classes that is kind of daunting to pick one.

I should say that usually I prefer mage type classes to melee and I prefer Hybrids to mage types but I'm willing to try whatever.

    Vampyr, pierce/shadowmastery-spec

    impossible to say, DAoC does not work that way (team-based, every class plays an important role - for solo-PvP probably a Vamp, tho

    difficult to answer, depends on the playstyle/spec - probably light/mana eldritch

    probably Vamp, again

    Shaman+Tank - solo: no idea - maybe bonearmy-bonedancer, or warlock

    same as in Hibernia - but the warlock is (still) quite a powerful solo-char for RvR

    Pac-Healer
    What class is the most low maintence?
    no idea ^^

    Necromancer

    Sorcerer

    Sorcerer

    Start with a character you think looks fun.  You can narrow it down a little bit by deciding if you want to group in RVR or run solo.   Most people have mutilple characters, and once you get one toon up to lvl 50, you can start new ones out at 20.  Also once you are in a good guild, you probably wont have a problem getting PL'd.
