KR Version Valkyrie Awakened Weapon On Its Way - Black Desert Online News

The Korean version of Black Desert Online will be updated on March 24th with the Vakyrie awakened weapon. To show off how impressive this looks and performs, the team has released a new video that you can check out below and dream of the day it arrives in the EU/NA version of Black Desert Online.

    ugly but the playstyle is pretty sick imo. I truly wish the classes weren't gender locked. I still think that "feature"/limitation is an entire joke and should of never existed x.x

    I think they decided that they'd rather have really cool animations for a single gender, than having it look half as cool by doing two. Valkyrie/Warrior are almost entirely the same thing, Ninja/Kinochi, Wizard/Witch and Blader/Plum too. 

    So we're talking about Berserkers (Giants), Ranger, Sorcs and Tamer. It doesn't bother me actually. I'd rather that the customization of the characters was broder. For Wizards you can only be an aged. Why not a young Wizard?

    I dunno, I don't really see anything in those animations that could only be done exclusively by the valkyrie body type and skeleton model.  Granted I didn't go over them with a fine toothed comb but I don't see why most other body types and mesh skeleton couldn't perform those types of moves.

    And here I was missing my lancer in Tera ...

    I wished the Valkyrie had a block like the lancer as it feels slow.

    I really want to try this game, but something holds me back from taking the plunge and dropping 30 bucks to buy the game.

    I'm close to doing it, but I'm still trying to get a 7 day pass from somebody.

    About wizards having to look aged, I would think that by the time you learn all there is to know to be a wizard, you'd be old. Just ask Gandalf ;)

    It's all an illusion. All witches look like old hags because they trade beauty for power so they mask their true identity.

    Tough apparently in mmos they all look like top models.

    Maybe they look old but use magic to look young?  =)

    I guess that was the Blader Awakened weapons at the end. I really can't wait to play a Blader.

    Ugh.  "Lance"    worst weapon design in history of MMORPGs.

    If it were an actual umbrella that popped open and closed on various attacks and also did umbrella spins and let you use it as a parachute or sail, that'd definately catch my interest.

    Try putting it on your action bar. Feels a bit more responsive.

    Looks like a hooker in a softporn bee costume.

    Love this game, but the artwork for "armor" and costumes, especially for female characters, is some of the worst I have seen in any game ever.

    Not that impressed. I would have preferred a neat sword rather than a lance.
