TopWare Interactive and Reality Pump Studios have announced a pair of pretty interesting new items. In the first, developers revealed a 36-month plan to develop an entirely new game, Two Worlds 3. More announcements on that front will be coming soon.

    Why would you update Two world's II ? i enjoyed both games when they came out but this was awhile ago .

    Nice just re-purchased TW2 on steam a few weeks ago, for dirt cheap, I think like two bucks. Didn't expect anything like this coming to it. A few bucks well spent lol.

    Probably as a way to create a sort of hype, lure old players back to play through the dlc and enjoy the better textures, etc and to essentially make it a sort of calling card to new players.

    Despite all the negativity these games have received i thoroughly enjoyed all of them. Once you get past how buggy they can be they are actually really good games with some serious character and weapon customizations on top of having an unmatched magic crafting system that hasn't been duplicated yet.

    They are also adding DLC later in the year.

    LIke others have said here, I also picked up TW2 Velvet Edition on sale at Steam dirt cheap, looks like money well spent.

    Liked Two Worlds II alot til the ending. Hopefully they add an actual ending now instead of a tacked on mini-game at the end, game was too good to deserve such a terrible ending, I was literally like wtf you gotta be kidding me.

    I'm reading on the TW2 steam forums and GoG forums about third party DM requiring you to register your computer. Not sure what that is all about. You can read the forums on those sites if interested.
