    The issue seems to be fixed now :).

    Please try your key again. They said things are fixed and 500+ codes have been activated.

    It seems that you likely DID claim your key but you just did not get the email (that was the case for me as well).

    What you need to do is go here: https://forum.crossout.net/index.php?/forum/14-cbt-information-for-testers/

    If you are able to login and see the forums then your account is ready for the beta and in the forums you can find instructions to get in.

    So I got a key when they were borked last night, didn't work but lists as claimed to my account, cbt forums not activated, and the key-claim page here doesn't show the key I was issued/redemption information.

    Were completely new keys issued, or should I e-mail the gaijin support e-mail to have it actually activated?
