Hmm dont really know what to say about this. Its either the best lifetime pass ever (which would take something to outdo Lotros) or its an obvious cash grab, or the game will be a complete pay to win fiasco and anyone willing to drop 15 bones will lose their license to complain about it if they get all the 'win' stuff for a drastic discount.

    I'm thinking the same thing.

A $15 lifetime sub to a game no one's played yet? It's the lowest I've ever seen, but is this game even worth the time?

    Exactly.

You either pay 15$ for lifetime access or 120$ a year ...

    Huh...

$15 isn't that much and I'd be willing to take a chance for such a small amount. It really looks like they need initial development money and are willing to set a low lifetime price to get it. That office pic shows a barebones office without even pictures on the wall.

I don't think I've ever seen a lifetime deal that was actually lifetime's time for an MMO.

This doesn't even make sense. Why would anyone ever pay 9.99 for a month when lifetime is 5 dollars more. I don't think this is a real game. If it is, the company has no idea how prices work.

Lotro, best deal of all time, and thats why it 'failed' as a free to play title. Or more specifically the way they handled those lifetime subs once they went free to play. I have two of them and when I saw the outline I knew it was too much. I havent put a penny into that game since it went free to play bought every expansion and pack that they have charged for and bought all the typical stuff you could ever need (beyond what I got for being a lifetime sub already) and still have around 100 bucks work of points left. i think I have 16K or so, so whatever that works out to. And those will keep generating 500 a month until they offer something worth spending them on or charge for another expansion.

But getting a little side tracked.

I looked at this game the other day, not a lot of info on it. Official site is a mess. Also absolutely nothing on STEAM yet even though it is greenlit and releasing in like 36 hours.

But I suspect theyre hoping people have the attitude of '15 bucks is nothing so why not'. Like I said it sort of buys off a lot of negativity for cheap.

Best part is though you can check it out for a month and then decide. It releases on the 16th of April and the offer expires May 16.

Obviously cash grab but not a sight unseen one. Irony is if the lifetime was something like 49.99 people would feel better about it even though it is triple the price

Think were looking at a cash grab. They know the game is bad maybe so their just trying to get your money...

I wonder if this is being made by that dev who made that DayZ knockoff cash grab. The name is escaping me at the moment.

I'll be buying this. From what I've played of the testing so far, $15 is a lot better deal than these awful early access survival games that everybody loves.

I have been playing this too! Not bad. I will be buying it. It is a bit buggy and I have not figured out where the crafting table is in the first town, but it is pretty fun.

Also becoming encumbered sucks. Where are you crafting station!!! I am tired of walking slow :-D

I've played just a little bit and it's not really my kind of game. The graphics need a bit of attention, although I know this is still in Beta. The quest dialogues are quite boring and flat and the menus need some attention as well. It failed to impress me, although I will probably try again when the open beta arrives. So this deal doesn't really sound that good to me. But if you enjoy the game it's quite nice.

It won't let me quote the regular way for some reason so I'm doing it the old way. You can craft without a table. In your inventory there are three tabs across the top (Inv, blackmarket, and craft). Just go into the menu and craft.

There are work tables in the town but I haven't needed to use them. There is an npc who gives you enough leather and buckle things to craft a leather suit that is a huge upgrade, with the individual pieces selling for like 50k shekels or whatever the ingame currency is.

But I agree. I love Fallen Earth, and this game looks good to me.

Plus, even with the good character development in already, they are still going to add perks like in the FOs, so it should end up being great. I like very choice heavy character customization and is why I love and keep coming back to the same games like DDO, Fallen Earth, Wild Star, Anarchy Online, etc. And is why I am looking forward to project genome and now this game.

What has me a little worried is the package seems very pvp focused. Is this a pvp game with a little pve like Global Agenda, or is it a full fledged pve game with a robust pvp system?

Thank you!!! I actually was just thinking that today while at work. I do not know why I did not check the menu. Duh!

    Well, they certainly seem positive!

I don't understand what "Eforb" is, really. Is it the actual studio or is it a marketing LLC, which might serve a number of potential startups?

According to the devs it's an early bird deal for loyal fans that are there since the start

Crack dealers do the same thing.  And it will probably have the same end result.  You lying on the floor choking on your own vomit, cry uncontrollably and naked.

    "Mulpitlier game"

Frankly when a game offers a lifetime sub before it has even been released then you should stay away.

You didn't mention the pronounced lack of a definite/indefinite article before "mulpitlier". Is there a Russian version of this game, or is it specifically marketed to the west?
