I need a steam sale like right now so that I can play the first two. I keep hearing good things about them, but I've never tried them.
I grew up loving westerns, but my wife absolutely hates them, so I don't watch them much anymore. If Tombstone is on while I'm flipping channels at a hotel... there's no sense in watching anything else.

Sadly they're not on PC, do you own a 360 or PS3? You can get the system and game for rather cheap in this day and age, actually a local store in my area is selling 360's for 40 bones. I can't imagine other places are selling them for much more. I"d assume you could get the system and game for somewhere around 60-70 bucks (maybe even cheaper), which IMO would be well worth it as Red Dead: Redemption is an awesome game.
I still have a ps3 to play that game to this day. It's the only thing I own on it. Aside from digital titles I bought long ago.

Oh well, I guess they'll just be another series of games that I miss. Me and controllers don't get along very well. The last two times I tried to use one I nearly transformed into a werewolf and chewed my couch to pieces in frustration.
Hopefully this one will make it to PC. An HD remaster of the original on PC would also be awesome (hint hint).

Haha, I understand more than you know, my wife is the same way. WHich you'd definitely get frustrated with this title if you're not accustomed to controllers, shooting from horse back can be a pain in the butt.

Here's to hoping that Red Dead 2 is different in this regard.
"Be water my friend" - Bruce Lee
Red Dead "Redemption" WAS the 2nd Game of Red Dead
If there is a new one its most likely "Red Dead .... " aka Red Dead 3
Oh and if you havent played the first one, do it, its not as "big/great" as Redemption, but deff worth a playthrough ^^
since i forgot to link a source for all the ppl who dont know it ^^
