Has anyone ever got this message

I get this stupid message every 5 minutes and I crash. "You have not received a message from the server in 120 seconds and will now disconnect. Maybe the game shard is restarting or it could be problems with your Internet Provider" My goodness I see that in my sleep now. Someone help a brother out! I'm still at level 2 for cryin out loud.

Do you have a router? aka, two or more computers connected to the internet via a DSL or cable connection.
If you do, then go to http://www.tazoon.com/ and check their archived beta boards for information about running HZ with a router. The ports that you need to allow access are given in a thread there.
