ok i cant get on website.......

ok i went to school today and typed in http://horizons.istaria.com and BAM i was there. I made an account. Now when i get home to the only computer i got of 5 that work that can run the game.... and find that when i goto that link it tells me...... "Page cannot be displayed" WTH omg im getting angry i tryed to get on the site for 12 hours last night. Is there any thing you can suggest? if its a simple answer post it but expect me to say I ALREDY TRYED IT.
Help me please i just wana get to the login server so i can creat a new char and start horizons.
btw when i goto "https...." that dont work either. Also theres another computer in my house i was able to get on the website with and its got the same specs as this computer cept graphics card and proccessser are way too low.
Im using cable internet provided by comcast. the computer im running is a amd 2600+.
*******i can get to www.istaria.com but theres no account links or way to get into the game from there. i have a suspision it might have suming to do with how its a secure website but i dont think thats the problem.******

Because god is punishing all us gamers and not giving us the proper 32 hours in a day.

To whoem it may concern if your having a problem about getting on the website. were the cannot display page comes up. then follow these instructions.
click tools then goto internet options. goto the advanced tab. and scroll down to sucurity. then make sure that all the following are checked.
SSL 2.0 SSL 3.0 and TLS
this will fix the sucurity issue you may have.
