Yep just logged in, install was quick.  =)
Sometimes it's not always about what you can see or hear but what's under the hood of a game that's most impressive. Between those thousands and thousands of lines of code, magic happens. Sometimes the most amazing feats of gaming wizardry happen without you even noticing.

Very fun game, but wish I could just create a character and play that instead of hopping across so many different ones depending on the game.  Feels like a MOBA in that respect.

Not sure if I wanna buy it, instead of look into Paragon, instead, since they feel/look like the same type of game to me.

I'm on the fence about the graphics style/aesthetic, personally.  Rather cartoonish.  Could have appreciated a bit more realism.

Also, once you go into an AI game it doesn't really give you a chance to back out.  The game itself seems to assume you want to just sit there and chain run games.  Only way to get out of it (on PS4) that I've seen is to long press the PS button and close the game completely!

Currently playing with extremely mixed feelings. Right now, I don't think I'll be purchasing.

The game is fun, but got repetitive after an hour of playing

hehe, knew i'd say it again, so... here we go!

the 60$ version is the CE, the normal one comes at around 30ish :) (or maybe 40, not sure atm and cba to check hehe)

PS: played the closed beta, and with ranked games, this one (like most blizz products) is worth it's money :>

    Playing for 2 days now

Here is the review in a nutshell :

Did you like TF2 ? Did you play TF2 for over 1000 hours ?
    This game is basically TF3+

So nuff said. Based on this you know all you need to know to do a purchase or not.

    P.S:
Im glad Blizzard didnt go for F2P. It will keep the player base more mature.

IDK with Dota, LOL, Smite, Warframe....   All of these are free and about the same quality if not better.  The only thing Overwatch has going for it made by Blizzard and some people love that no matter what they make *looks at hearthstone*

I'm going to try it. I've already got Paladins, so I want to see if Overwatch is THAT much better as some people say. I don't play these kinds of games too often, but I do like to jump in for short bursts once in a while.

I've logged over 2k hours of TF2, have done some competitive leaguing, and the two games play nothing alike beyond being class shooters with cartoony aesthetics. I'd argue that Overwatch plays more like a MOBA with a shooting minigame than an actual shooter, as your ability to track and land shots doesn't matter nearly as much as your ability to position yourself for objectives and knowing when to use your unique skills/ultimates: largely the reason why I'll keep playing TF2 and not Overwatch.

This is the exact reason I can't get into MOBAs.  I hate being forced to learn all the characters/roles and constantly swapping.

Maybe you didnt play it much ?

Most of top TF2 players agree and posted many posts on the topics.

Ofcourse its not 100% same. But that that would be ridicilous, dont you think ?

Played about ten hours so far, and many of those same pro TF2 players will be the first to tell you that the similarities end at the class shooter and aesthetic portions of the game. Muselk, as an example, thinks they're different enough to warrant playing both, and if you enjoy Overwatch for what it is I don't see why you wouldn't. Totalbiscuit, although not a pro TF2 player, also shares the opinion that they're somewhat the same but play very differently from one another.

Anecdotally, what I've seen has been that players who haven't spent time with Overwatch see it superficially as a TF2 clone, because of the classes and the capture-point objectives, as they haven't had an opportunity to explore the differences in the shooting mechanics. The handling and co-op team play is very different. Due to class skills, ultimates, and being more focused upon positioning and when to use these skills rather than your ability to shoot well, it feels like a shooter that's made for people who don't play shooters, whereas being successful in a game like TF2 is much more reliant upon your ability to shoot well.

Just out of curiosity ... do you still believe in Santa and the unicorns?

I'm asking because judging by CSGO's community (a premium esports) you are talking nonsense.

I'm going to try it but I'm not holding my breath. Frankly, the only game of Blizzard's I spent a significant amount of time on was WoW. As far as FPS goes, this one seems rather shallow in terms of progression.
