The Albion Online team has sent word that the Darian update to the game is ready to roll on May 18th. Darian brings a reworked Morgana faction to the game alongside Morgana-themed housing drops, new weapon spells, crafting progression, learning point improvements and the typical bug fixes and feature enhancements.

    This games being marketed like complete garbage. They should've let everyone try the game and put out a proper release schedule. They're trying to milk this founders nonsense and losing everyones interest in the process, game will be dead before it launches.

    Or... They are taking their time and trying to put out a good game without rushing it. Instead of following the hyped crap route that's been flooding the market as of late. I've been testing it and I'd rather have slow and positive progress than fast,free and shallow with pretty graphics and rushed development.... It's headed in the right direction with a team that listens and has a good future plan. Let's try and have one game that doesn't follow the rest of the junk that's been released and is different for the change and good. Nothing good ever comes out of rushing something...

    I agree nothing good comes out of rushing , BUT There's a large difference between rushing a product and gating it behind founders packs. I don't even think I used the word rush in my post. As you said yourself, the market is filled with rushed nonsense and I get some odd feeling that the founders pack system hasn't been helping. Nothing is sticking right now, few months then games die out. There's little to no streamed press coverage or hype on this game right now save for anyone on forums that have heard of the game, or someone who owns a founders pack and that doesn't spell success for this title.

    Sigh... so much promise, ruined by full loot FFA PvP. I'll still try it once open beta hits though. After all, there is always a chance that the community won't consist of a bunch of mouth breathing idiots who kill everything they see because it gets their rocks off, then complain that nobody is playing the game anymore. FFA PvP games excel at creating communities which ultimately self destruct, usually taking the game out with them.
