Is this game (or its future) ever gonna turn a corner?

First off, I'm not wondering if it will ever succeed, because thats extremely unlikely. I'm wondering if anything is ever going to be done. I'm getting a bit tired of rumors, and friends of a uncles brother who works at SOE.

Why can't SOE/LA just take a stand on anything? (besides the one that the NGE is awesome and people love it. That point is just laughable.)

    Looks like ego and unwillingness to admit a screw up will prevent anything positive from happening.

    Will it turn a corner? Sure, there's a U-bend on the toilet, now we just need somebody in Austin to pull the lever and flush this steaming brown log...

    I know many who believe this but its just not true. Ego isnt going to affect a Fortune 500 company's decisions when it comes to money. Ego goes out the window when a job is on the line because the quarterl report looks bad.

    Look at my so-called rumor and you'll see it makes sense.

    SOE if it still owned the SWG license has obvious choices to increase revenue.

    Either way equals a lot more revenue. Nobody can dispute this.

    So the question then remains, why not do 1 or 2 ? The answer is obvious, they can't. And not for logistical reasons, any 1st computer science student can tell you its possible. Its simple, SOE no longer owns the rights to this game. Any changes would be pointless.

    Here's a little hint folks, Bioware is conducting interviews at a certain hotel in Austin as we speak. Those interviewers are most "enlightening"
