Hardcore?

So i am a long time anarchy online gamer. and it was kinda hardcore it took osme planning and thought to make a good toon and not just farming for a drop "wow". So i was wonering How is this game for hardcore players. is it eye candy with no content or could it keep me for a long time?

    Give it a year, then maybe check it out.  Hardcore gamers should stay away from DDO for now, it is not for you.  Stay with the WoW EQ2 style mmo's.  They fit the hardcore/solo/new gamer much better.  DDO is more built for the casual/grouping/old gamer.

    Accually if you value skill and community over items and grinding then DDO might be for you.

    Depends of what you like more.

    If we are talking about content in terms of quests quantity. Yes, the game is over in about a week.

    If we are talking about possibilities. This is another history.

    You can create a lot, and I mean A LOT of different characters. Just look for the game mechanics of the d20 systems and feel the oportunities.

    What can you do?

    Play it, give it a chance. Try to learn about the d20 system and then we can talk about.

    Possibilities? Endless...
