NB build using stealth tactics and bursty abilities, with a bow back bar for some ranged option as well. Medium armor for high damage and resource regen. Vampire for faster stealth. Khajiit for higher stealth burst.
The dlc content is very good, and it is not level restricted. I hope that they make all the current game areas playable at all levels.

His build features vampires kiss on his armor as well as abilities focused towards stealing a foes health allowing him to outlast others while still having enough slots left over to deal other damage in the form of his fire staff and his twin swords.
Backstory:
His name is Morkil born to merchants who were attacked and murdered by bandits before he was a year old. However young Morkil rather than scream or cry at the sight of his parents dying laughed. The bandits took the baby and raised him. They didn't know his name so they renamed him after his first words "More kill". As time passed he discovered a joy of the kill as well as a natural talent for fire magic. After growing up & traveling with the bandits and learning to hunt with them both people and animals he grew bored of them. He slaughtered them all in the night and using the skills they taught him and made his armor, swords, and staff from their bones. After roaming aimlessly around leaving only the occasional body behind. He ran into a vampire he agreed to transfer his gift to Morkil if he let him go. Morkil agreed and became a vampire, but after getting the bite he burned the vampire and laughed at his screams. As he traveled he became focused towards learning how to steal others life as to prolong his own, leaving husks of empty bodies behind him. A few years later he ran into cultists in the Daggerfall Covenant and became his journey to defeat Molag Bal in vengeance for taking his soul.

Bar 1, dual wield daggers:
Burning breath (Noxious breath) and Unstable flame (venomous claw) for nice poison damage. Unrelenting grip to pull enemies to you; out of his friends sights so u can take him out without anyone seeing. Flying blade for some quick ranged damage, slow and weapon damage buff Vigor for fast heals. Take Flight for a quick escape/quick burst damage/CC.
Bar 2, bow
Poison injection for a good execute and poison damage, Lethal arrow to reduce enemies HP and to take enemies from far and fast, tangling webs to CC enemies and for when working together with other assassins, fearing enemies. Shuffle to dodge a lot of enemies attacks, like a true assassin. Camouflaged hunter for a really fast burst damage out of sneak combined with heavy attack + Lethal arrow. Clouding swarm as a defensive/1vX ult to deal with tough situations.
Vampire for improved sneak speed and stamina regeneration, medium armor for most damage and better resource control.
Redguard for great stamina recovery and maximum stamina, to be able to keep on fighting even if things get tough.
Idea of build: Fast burst damage with possibility to take tanky enemies down fast with a lot of poison dots. Either pulling enemies out of position or sniping enemies that are out of position. Works great with a small group of similar builds due to Tangling Webs.
It is inspired by my recurring Elder scrolls character-- Every TES game I have ever played I have played as a Dunmer/Vampire Thief/Assassin.
The key to this build is it's adaptability, survivability, longevity and conceal-ability. Most nightblades go one pure attribute. Stam or magicka depending. IWith this build relying so heavily on the shadowy disguise spelll to increase it's damage output / survive-ability I found this does not work. 10 Points in magicka allow invisibility to be cast upwards of 8 times in a row, while the extra padding in the field of health allows to make up for some of the susceptibility to fire faced by those who embrace vampirism.
Each of the abilities can be used in conjunction somehow. Mark your target, launch of volley of arrows to scorch the earth around them, tumble on blocking the first attack to grant stronger following atk's (thanks to champion points); then start spinning with steel tornado. Untold amounts of enemies will fall at your feet; and if one or two happen to be too tough to handle this way, one can simply tumble out, go invis, toggle siphoning strikes, then start focusing down single targets with the use of Shadowy Disguise+ Sneak Attack+killer's blade+ soul harvest.
Another thing about this build is that it is quite user friendly; I've managed to sort the hot-bars despite the difference in weapons. You will see that #1 in both fields is an ability which augments attacks which follow. 2 is a heavy damage attack which sometimes possesses an element of crowd-control. 3 is finishing move while 4 is an AOE, 5 is a resource restoration feat. The only two which are majorly differing skills are the ultimates which are intended for different situations. Soul Harvest is certaily a pvp-oriented skill but is still arguably the most useful single target ultimate for a nightblade. It's low cost ultimately means you can cast it very frequently.
On the other hand, Devouring swarm is excellent for when you are facing down a veritable legion of of enemies (or even just 2 or 3 )that you cannot otherwise seem to topple. Not only will it do a large amount of damage to any of them bold enough to come within a wide radius of you; but the particular morph I've chosen will heal you for an insane amount; an amount which increases against each target. Essentially the more enemies around you the more powerful it's healing factor. This is not to say you need dozens of targets, even against one or two it bring you back from 5-10 health in a matter of seconds and keep you there for the duration of the spell

assassination at the blink of an eye what else needs to be said.
Slightly unconventional dragonknight Khajiit assassin. Stealthy and hard hitting. Need that heavy drawback. Drew inspiration from Alcast
My Magica NB build served me well so far in DB PTS, I may have forgotten to unlock some stuff and there are many variations to the skill bars depending on where I am but yeah. Hope you guys will enjoy it because I did killing people with it. XD

P.S---> Bosmers make the best stealth archers!!
http://www.eso-skillfactory.com/en/share/8431/ (I did copy my entire profile, but whatever, I had time)
It's a Stamblade (obviously), a lot of inspiration came from another build I followed (believe the build is called "Spectre"?). BUT, what makes this different is my choice of armor! Instead of the "best and/or recommended armor", which is (usually) a combination of 'Hunding's Rage' and 'Night Mother', I recommend (mostly for fun/immersion) armor set is primarily the crafted 'Night's Silence' set with the addition of three items from the loot-able 'Nightshade' set.
Make the armor medium (recommended), max stamina enchantments for armor, poison for bow, well-fitted trait for all armor, and precise or sharpened for your bow. Daggers are already sharpened and poisoned.
Head, Chest, Shoulders, Waist, Hands, Legs, Feet - any 5 combo of Night's Silence
" , " , " , " , " , " , " - any 2 combo with Night Mother
Daggers - BOTH Nightshade
Bow - Night Mother
Necklace - Nightshade
Rings - anything with boosts to Stamina really
'Night Mother' can be substituted with 'Hunding's Rage'... but shouldn't you devote ALL your service to the Night Mother? And I think that's about it. It gives some good additional stamina, weapon critical, and with 'Night's Silence' you get faster sneak speed. PLUS, with the amount from the Nightshade set, you get a decreased detection radius and reduce sneak cost! Assassin's are not meant to be seen, so this is perfect!
Hopefully all of that makes sense or TL;DR, it's ALL about the ARMOR.. Best of luck everyone! Hail Sithis!
Yep! The winner will select their platform.

use as a base and tweak to suit yourself, ignore changing for end game PVE you can achieve it with Bow just needs to be tweaked a bit and need to be on your A game. I play Bow/Bow Nightblade and PVP is maybe the only place it suffers until you get some of the undaunted/PVP skills

Backstory:
The Hidden Viper AKA Llasni Daverel is a female Wood Elf born in Arthenia. After her mother died in child birth and her farther died unknown circumstances, she was put up for adoption. As it happened, a Dumner traveller by the name of Naddu Daverel spotted the young child in the orphanage whilst asking for directions to the nearest tavern. He decided to adopt her, seeing as he had lost his only faimly, his wife during the Akaviri invasion years prior. He took her back to his small cottage just outside of the city of Vivec, naming her Llasni, after a sweet girl he used to like in his youth.
He made a living out of making and selling potions and cures as a master apothecary. He taught Llasni all he knew about alchemy and when she was old enough, he gave Llasni her first dagger, a tool which would serve her well, for cutting herbs and plants so she could help in the shop. She also aquired a natural aptitude for archery and used magic to harness the powers of thr earth and fire, something which Vvardenfell has plenty off.
One day when she returned from cutting herbs, she returned to her farther laying dead outside the house, with a single embroided arrow in her neck. She broke down crying, the only faimly she had has been torn from her, leaving her alone once more. Out for vengeance for her farther, she swore to draw her farthers murder's blood. As she was searching through her farthers study, she noticed a draft of wind through the wall. And uncovered a hidden backboard to a room in the bookcase. In this sealed room lay a old, dusty suit of chitin armour, which a single embroidment on the right sleave, the same as on the arrow. The same logo associated with the sudden passing of many good men : The Morag Tong
From that day forward, she vowed to follow in her farthers footsteps, but distinctivly contrasting the organisation that led to her farthers death. She would travel the battlefield of Cyrodill, assassinating alliance officials at the beginning of the war. Cold, Calculative and Cunning, she used a mixture between tainted weapons and poision magic to attack here foes, let for fhe poision to play its course whilst she uses her brewed invisibility potions to make her escape. When things got personal, she used her farthers duel daggers, for the elegant striking blows.
After travelling back from Bravil, she was captured by the Worm Cult and sacrificed to Molag Bal. This is where her story truly starts...She would take the fight to the Lord Of Schemes, join the pact for her beloved Morrowind and join the 'Guild Of Thieves' in Abah's Landing to try to discover more knowledge about her farther. Yet, she has only just came to the attention of a organisation catered to her talents with a mutual vendetta for the Morag Tong...The Dark Brotherhood. This is where her true story starts...
