http://www.pcgamer.com/overwatch-cheaters-are-having-a-hard-time/If you are caught cheating you are banned from the game. Banned for life.
One guy tried buying 4 copies of the game, purging his computer, changed hard drive ID, changed MAC address, computer BIOS date and connected through a VPN and was STILL banned.
This is how you deal with cheaters. NO mercy.

Kyleran: "Now there's the real trick, learning to accept and enjoy a game for what it offers rather than pass on what might be a great playing experience because it lacks a few features you prefer."

"This may hurt a little, but it's something you'll get used to. Relax....."
and not nearly as annoying enough for repeated offenders to set up

3. ????
4. PROFIT!!!
As it's quite early for proper bundle software, the burden of proper procedure is on the regular impatient cheater, who skipped, or did steps in a wrong order while using cheap software.
It's only going to get easier.
If u spoof and wipe every piece of hardware, and register a new account with a different ip address, the only way you're getting caught is human error.
That's assuming your cheat doesn't get hard-detected(which comes after you've obtained a "fresh" account).
And then there's my personal favourite, and that is for the devs to make their own hack, or pay gray hat hackers to make a hack, so they can bust everyone a few days after launch for incredible publicity
I did not know this. Thank you for this information.
