Square Enix has announced a new game in the Final Fantasy series, though this one designed, according to some, to appeal to younger players. Called World of Final Fantasy, the art style of the game turns characters into chibis and will launch on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita on October 25th in North America, Japan on October 27th and in the EU on October 28th.

    At least it looked like a real FF battle system from those brief glimpses, not the awful route the franchise has taken since FFX
