Age of Decadence?

Has anyone tried Age of Decadence on Steam?  Looks interesting, and there are supposed to be actual consequences for your choices as you quest.  Maybe a little pricey at $30?

    Yeah, it's getting great reviews from game sites and Steam players.  I'm interested.

    Was about to bring up the GOG sale too.  I have also been wondering about the game and am very tempted to get it.  But have Stellaris taking up most of the time right now.

    Try the demo, it wasn't too bad, but I was deciding between it and Pillars of Eternity at the time, I went with pillars. AOD seemed like a good game (overall) though it felt pretty archaic in it's world and playability.
