This is what X-Com multiplayer should have been. Great fun. F2P, not P2W at all. This game seriously needs more hype. Makers of Borderlands, Trino(failz) is almost completely hands-off this game. A thinking man's game that is built for multiplayer-esport from the ground up. This is a must try. Get into the free sneak peek alpha right now, or drop 10$ for some in-game cosmetic purchases and 100% access until it launches.

    I agree, seems like this should have existed before.  Very different and fun, pacing is great too.

    P2W can come later, this is an alpha test that they are letting people into, stay vigilant and speak up when you see something screwy.

    This is definitely a lot shallower than what X-Com multiplayer SHOULD be.

    Don't be full fanboy.

    the amount of depth that already exists with just the beginning champs is huge. Its only utilizing X,Y axis so the room for improvement is definitely there. Over 200 matches ranked played and Im still learning new things. Once the mods get balanced, the playstyles for each freelancer will multiply. If you think this game is shallow, you arent really playing it to its fullest.

    Great game and no its not P2W at all. Lots of skill and strategy.

    I think premades will kill this game before it's given a chance to shine and drive people away.
