This is great news for Black Desert players who have expected Ninja/Kunoichi since they debuted. These two characters will arrive on July 20th. What’s even more exciting is that Node & Siege Warfare is ready to get started on this Sunday.

This update will also introduce the new Skill Addon System, which lets players customize their attacks by attaching up to two effects to their characters’ skills. Improvements will be made to the Skill Reset system, making it easier for players to redistribute their points without losing skill add-ons.

Well, let´s see if I can finally get something out of Black Desert. This was my most hyped game this year, but I confess that I could never get into it for some reason... I´ll try out the new class and give it another go.

I might try a Kunoichi.  I feel generally crunched for time since I started later than most, but I do want to get a melee class going to balance my witch.

Looking forward to official sieges and node wars too, definitely.

I toyed with rolling a Kunoichi, but all the gameplay videos I've seen are pretty unimpressive. They seem to be single-target defensive specialists - kind of like a Valk who trades AOE for a lot of mid-ranged throw attacks and a stealth.

I'm just not sure I see much appeal in that playstyle - BDO is all about the grind, and the best way to complete said grind is with big, hammering AOE attacks that destroy multiple monsters at once. If the Kunoichi cannot do this effectively - if it is too much of a finesse class (regardless of how good/bad it is in PvP) - it won't fit into the meta of the late game.

Frankly, I'm more interested in the dark elf class as well as awakenings.

I don't understand this thing about grind . I don't grind combat at all and I am approaching level 28. I think my farming, cooking, gathering and trading are levelling me so I never notice the levels.

I do not even use the pet to loot as I kill so slowly I have time to loot everything. I guess I am just playing this game in a totally different way so my perception is so different from what I read from others. In a way I'm glad  as having approached it differently because in this manner the game has charmed me completely. Looking forward to trying this class out.

Has anyone played both the Maehwa and Kunoichi which is more fun gameplay wise. I am not asking about PvP or strength in end game just a simple which was more fun in terms of gameplay.
