Gut instinct is SWG + LotRO

I'd take pretty much everything from SWG (systems wise) and put it into a LotRO setting. Ditch most of the LotRO quests apart from the epic storylines and maybe a few of the better ones from some of the zones. I would want the combat depth of vanilla lotro / moria lotro before they started dumbing things down which would probably mean ditching the class freedom of SWG, but I can live with that.

Second instinct is SWG + DAoC

I've never actually played DAoC but heard nothing but praise for its RvR. So, I'd want SWG, keep the star wars setting and most SWG systems, but add in the combat from DAoC and the structured RvR.
Currently Playing: WAR RoR - Spitt rr80 Black Orc | Scrotling rr6X Squig Herder | Scabrous rr5X Shaman

    SWG and Elite Dangerous.
With random name generation from Everquest.
Character creation as good as City of Heroes.
Auction House from World of Warcraft.
Vendors from Everquest (the vendors that offer for sale what people sell to them)
Planets that have landscapes like Wurm Online and Landmark.
A crafting system as good as Wurm Online, not a restricted crafting system.
Housing/building as good as Wurm online and Landmark.
Alien creatures as good as Entropia Universe and SWG.
Cities as good as Wow and Everquest
    PvP from WoW.
Resource gathering like Entropia Universe and Landmark.
Space ships & space stations like those from Elite Dangerous, SWG and Star Trek online.
Ability to explore universe like Elite Dangerous (and hopefully No Man's Sky)
Subscription based and no freaking pay to win.
    I can dream can't I? =)

DAOC and FFXI, not much else to say other then they were the 2 best MMOs ever made, hence why I still play them to this day.

For a fantasy Setting MMORPG - for me would have to be Dark Age of Camelot (Pre-ToA) with Black Desert Online. DAoC for the 3-factions RvR which they did so well, and BDO for the graphical side of things.

If I were to go SciFi then I'd like to see a mash-up of SWG and SWTOR.  Loved the freedom of SWG and the Starships combat was so much better but if they could find a way to thread the storytelling from SWTOR they'd be onto a winner in my book.   (ok, ok.. I am a star wars fan!)

DAoC with any of the new modern games with great graphics.  Although, that being said, better end graphics would cause a lot of lag with the large 3-realm battles.  But this is a fantasy thread, so yeah.
    Haroo!

If they could iron out the bugs in both, Vanguard and Warhammer Online would be a blast.

    I really like Dewulf's  AoC/AA combo!

AC/AA would be mine. Asheron's Call missile and spell combat across ships at sea would be pretty epic. Also, combining AC's running and jumping with ArcheAge's flying would make for some almost parkour-like world travel.

    Fallen Earth + Vanilla WoW.

Heavy focus on crafting combined with WoW's small group content would do the trick for me.
