Camelot Unchained & Crowfall for me. I'm highly skeptical about all the others.
I agree. I also want to be interested in Bless, but I have to say I'm concerned about what the business model might be.
Agree. I have played Bless quite a bit and love the game more than any MMO over the last few years. My issue is what the NA/EU publisher will do to it. Gaming as a service works in Asia and Russia but not in the West. I have a bad feeling Bless will be mishandled in the West =/
I hope not! This game looks very, very interesting. From what I can see it has a nice blend of old school classes combined with a lush world and big time combat mechanics like Planetside had. I am really looking forward to this.
If Aeria screws this up, then I guess I have no choice but to learn Korean.
The world is going to the dogs, which is just how I planned it!
Maybe your used to WOW clones ? and crappy AAA games being made? Or you just may be just tired of the genre period... I had to take a break from MMO's for 3 years, since I played them since DAY 1 from UO and Asheron Call 1. etc ...and played every other MMO made to date..
Took a break and now I play Gloria Victus partime and Black Desert once in awhile... But nothing serious.
1. CrowFall 2. COE. 3.Pantheon
I was looking forward to Repopulation and gave money as well, about 75 bucks, but not anymore...No hope for there game...They can't even make a small survival game right.
1. Pantheon is my top pick by far. Challenging group focus PvE content with slower progression and PvP servers for people like me. That's pretty much the holy grail of mmos. I've played every major PvP mmo in the last 15 years and nothing provided as much to do and as much to fight over as EQ on Rallos Zek.
2. Saga of Lucimia would be my second pick. They say it will be a merging of an Elder Scrolls type of gameplay but based on an EQ type design philosophy. That really seems like a match made in heaven to me.
3. Darkfall New Dawn. My hope for the successful completion and feature complete launch decreases the further down the list I go. Ub3rgames has the vision to make Darkfall the game that was always promised. An Eve-like truly sandbox mmo world that offers gameplay for more than just the warmonger and ganker. While I've been impressed with their progress so far, I'm not really impressed by their decision to basically re-release the original game bearing the "New Dawn" name (calling it In-Dev, aka test phase), with a few minor tweaks and improvements. It was a marketing failure and mismanagement in my eyes. Instead of revealing the "New" darkfall in due time with some of the major changes in place, I think they screwed the pooch and will never again draw a big enough crowd to show the true potential of their ideas.
4. Gloria Victis - Basically a better Darkfall set in a low fantasy Dark Age time period. They have good ideas, development seems to be coming along, but so far I'm not seeing a real hook. It really looks like more of the same. A pvp "sandbox" that will likely get stale before long. Its why I always say a good PvP game needs PvE to compete over. Fantasy Counterstrike just isn't going to cut it in 2017.
5. Chronicles of Elyria - Great ideas, but I'd bet a large sum of money it will end up playing like every other generic pvp sandbox game with some concessions for roleplayers. Much like Star Citizen, I also have no respect for people who fund their games by selling future in-game advantages to backers. Time will tell.
There aren't 5 mmo's I'm interested in. Looking forward to WoW's xpac and Pantheon, depending on what their cash shop looks like and what it looks like it will evolve into.
1. Moonlight Blade Online 2. Lost Ark 3. Crowfall 4. Dark and Light 5. Revelation Online
And considering Dark and Light and Revelation Online are lesser games on my radar of which I'm skeptical, I had to stretch a bit to find my top 5. There just isn't much on my MMO radar, and I'm anticipating the next GW2 expansion more than almost anything else.

This is why I am not anticipating Bless. Aeria is, in my opinion, the worst of the F2P publishers. They are the only publisher which I am permanently blacklisting.
I have learned from experience and I wish I could impart this experience to newer gamers is this.
if a game is not released I drop it from my 'consciousness' if I can. I try to avoid spending to much time concerning myself with games that are not currently out (meaning I can buy them and play them). Currently there is multiple lifespans of games out now that one can play I dont see any reason for people to focus on the future but for some reason it seems to be a common question .Could it be because it allows for clever marketing? I think so but I am not for sure
Please do not respond to me, even if I ask you a question, its rhetorical.
When i see one NEW quality game,i'll be sure to let you know. I don't want to be talking about older games that by now everyone already knows what they are.So i am interested in recent launches or soon to be but NOT in all these FOUNDRY or PACKAGE or KS games, they are all crap rubbish to me,nothing but money grabs.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

although not an MMO the only upcoming one that I am aware of (but to be fair I am out of the 'looking ahead' loop I dont have time for that) would be Mount and Blade 2
