Some of the moves of the battlemaster made me think of the brawler class in Tera. So far appears from I viewpoint to be take an approach similar to Diablo and such time games.
If you like the various Diablo games then i guess you'll like that game too, though it would probably be a tough compete for them. For me they are a bit too samey, seen one seen them all kind of thing, doesn't really look interesting enough that i'd want to try it even for free, assuming that is, that the game even releases outside of Korea, i'm not sure its likely to?
Not bad if you like Diablo like games. I understood a bit of the Korean from Korean drama watching. Always exciting to use the language knowledge outside of dramas.
Eastern? Top-down perspective? Classic, overwrought fantasy setting?
No.
One hundred times better visually and graphically than any western MMO right now. I like eastern visual. art style, my inner JRPG fan makes me enjoy it much more.
"An incredible looking Korean game with great systems that will be ruined by a NA/EU publisher who is unable to translate it (language and revenue model) to the Western market."

"As far as the forum code of conduct, I would think it's a bit outdated and in need of a refre *CLOSED*"

Smilegate is the publisher. Their western conversion has been done at the same time. Normally you may be right but not in this case about Smilegate. Look at SkySaga for example. That is being published by them but is made in the UK. I have been playing it for some time now. Smilegate wants to be another EA. Work with a ton of different developers from all over the world and publish globally.
No publisher is immune to the dragon sickness. They all change when they see the gold.

I am a huge fan of ARPGs, but this video does not make me excited at all.
Over the top visual effects, items (swords twice as big as the character) just do not do it for me. Classic game with large budget needing to attract everyone's mother to break even.
I would take an expansion for Diablo II over this without hesitation. I play ARPGs for the itemization, character progression, atmosphere. That is where the longevity and excitement is, for me. Something tells me that D2's horadric cube has more depth on its own than this whole game will ever have.
If I were a 10 year old, I would probably go "WOW, did you see how he blew them all up with that kickass spell?!". However, I am not and this video did not show me anything interesting.

And I'm going to provide a counter-argument.
Diablo 2 is the exception to a profoundly mediocre, lifeless genre - a genre that is struggling precisely because it attempts to copy Diablo 2 in all of the wrong ways with no insight as to what actually made Diablo 2 the genre leader - depth of build customization and interesting lore.
This is a genre of low-budget grim-dark grindfests that are as shallow and lazy as they are ugly to look at. Every single game is defined by flaws so profound as to render them almost worthless - whether that be Torchlight 2's broken multiplayer servers, Marvel Heroes' lack of build diversity, or Path of Exiles' almost everything.
For the first time since Diablo 2, this genre looks like it's going to get something with depth and a real budget. If that means taking it with giant swords and Korean boob physics, so be it, as far as I'm concerned. At least it'll stand out from all the oh-so-edgy titles we currently have.

The depth you are talking about. Can you elaborate on that part a little bit?
I respect your opinion and I am sincerely curious about the depth this game can offer. If it is there, I too may tolerate giant swords and over the top visual effects.
In terms of story, we don't know much, so I will focus on depth of gameplay.
One note of interest regarding the game's skill and class system is that, on top of advanced classes, each skill you slot in to your class has 3 levels of customization. You can decide the hitbox shape, elemental type, and an additional effect on each skill individually and in any combination. This is like the runes system from Diablo 3 with far more options and flexibility. When combined with advanced classes - a feature not often seen in ARPGs - it seems like there is a great deal of class customization.
In addition, this game will offer jobs - like mining, fishing, and treasure hunting. Each character can only have one. This is an important choice that goes beyond crafting. As you progress in these, you can unlock additional map and boss interactions. For example, the giant mining machines portrayed in the gameplay videos and trailer are a perk of high-level miners. This adds another small level to character customization and changes group play significantly.
