    WoW looks the same if you're playing it in 4K or 1024x768.

    Most of WoW's textures and assets are pretty low resolution, so 4k doesn't do much.

    Wish there was a way to give those graphics a face lift.

    Maybe it's just the sharpness of the screen it's being displayed on. But other than that it's just the same textures and looks the same no matter what resolution you use.

    Would have been much better if they went to one of the newer zones or towns. They put so much more detail in the later expansions. I just upgraded to an ultra wide 34 inch 3440x1440 monitor and while its not a staggering difference in GFX, it is definitely a bit more crisp.

    Remember WOW comes from a time in which many people played in 800x600.

    Some of these old textures are 256x256 and stretched to eternity.
    Bigger screens don't make these any better, but can instead backfire here.
