  For your #10 question, you may want to clarify if 1 is most important and 4 is least important or if it is the other way around.

  I think you should delete as invalid your survey. I think many people answered #10 wrong. In order of importance to means from least to most. You said in a follow up from most to least. Delete and start again with a better worded question.

  Q10 is not a core feature of the questionnaire and was put there out of curiosity really.
