World of Warcraft just launched its latest expansion, Legion, but that didn’t stop Blizzard from securing a huge booth at Seattle’s PAX West and drawing in everyone with the promise of Illidan-themed Pinny Arcade pins. As the internet (and us too) is touting Legion as WoW’s best expansion since Wrath of the Lich King, we sat down with Blizzard’s Luis Barriga, Eric Maloof, and Cory Stockton to chat about the upcoming 7.1 patch, and the team’s, plans for content into 2017.

come Legion post garrison w/ followers with app play= genious!
now you can play wow on your mobile phone!
well done!
All you can do is manage followers, missions, and look at world quest. How awful that they made a little app that lets people stay connected to the game. People will honestly bitch about anything on this goddamned website.

ok- so- you do know iam praising Blizzard for this app right?- its not sarcasm. (i enjoy garrisons)
now, iam sure thats all one can do on this app- but its a start to some great development for wow mobile game play.
So my assumption is that there is some money in this for Blizzard or perhaps even have to bu ythe app..idk,just guessing.
Before you try and decipher my thought process,i witnessed Blizzard add some SUPER EASY avatar's to HS and actually feel the need to charge money to use them...lmao i consider that VERY lame,so yeah i will always see Blizzard as a money greedy operation.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
Not sure if you know this or not, but they have a pretty big game out that makes them a lot of money. It's called World of Warcraft, look it up.
And you fall for the decoys thrown out by Blizzard.
"going into arguments with idiots is a lost cause, it requires you to stoop down to their level and you can't win"
I'm not an IT Specialist, Game Developer, or Clairvoyant in real life, but like others on here, I play one on the internet.
Sadly, this is not true. Wildstar simply lacks the huge team, resources and player population to be a good MMO.
It was an amazing concept, but they fucked it up REAL BAD. R.I.P.
Typical Blizzard hate from Wizardry.
I bet about 10,000 of his comments is expressing this.
Seriously, you don't even know if it costs money, but that must be the bottom line. Blizzard actually cares about its fans, but yeah its a business too. It's a bit of both, and no one said you have to have the app to play the game, so even if it did cost money its dealers choice.
But it's not an objective point of view, just unadulterated hate for a company that has made people like me immensely happy with their product since I was 8. I am HAPPY to spend the money and will do it again. BLIZZCON 2016.
As a fellow Canadian, I am disappointed, but I guess you easterners are all about the free stuff for nothing thing am I right?
