Elite: Dangerous News - Elite: Dangerous players eager to try out the Guardians content expansion will be happy to hear that v2.2 will be entering beta testing beginning on September 20th. Players will beta access can take part in fighter-ship battles, head out on passenger missions in the Beluga liner, enjoy better station interiors, use an improved route planner and much more.

    ooh man is there anyway i can access CB im fan of the game but i couldnt get into beta bc i didnt had any creditcard to buy founder pack or something like that

    You still need to pay for beta access and you need Horizons as well as the base game if you don't have that already. I believe it's 7 GBP for beta access. A bit silly if you ask me. They should be happy to have people testing it and finding bugs, but it is what it is. I'm sure there will be plenty of YouTube videos next week showing off all the new stuff and plenty of people raging about bugs and balance issues. Things certainly got interesting over this whole instant ship transfer feature when it was announced. Looks like it's not going to be so instant after all.
