    I though so when i posted it in Off Topic... but then i looked ... Its April 1st and they posted thatat 12:01 so its kinda iffy i hope its real though.

    April.
    As much as id like to see another sci fi mmorpg I dont think blizzard would announce it so soon. Plus the /burger thing is kind of a dead give away.

    Yeah, but it's a joke. They would know better than posting such news the 1st of April. Besides... doesn't really look like wow with new skins? I mean, if they make WoS, they better make it twitch based.

    calm down, this is Gamespot april's fool.

    Blizzard's one were Wisps as Alliance race in the expansion and BurgerCraft where you get Hunger points for eating Honorable Meals and you can become Grand Gourmaid....

    ya but most april fools jokes have a bit of "funny" in them, I think this guy was really aiming to convince us.

    unless you have played starcraft and realize where the term "zerg" originated, and that by having a race called the "zerg"..  you may have missed the joke totally.

    well, theres the /burger command and the mention of a $150 price tag too thats a give away ;)

    Its time Blizz stops nerfing the WoS .  I've been playing this game sinc beta and tehy have nerfed it way too easy for teh nubs.  I also think they should allow more pvp and make it ok to sell minerals and gas on ebay.  It don't hurt the game none be able buy stuff.

    Plus WoS is the best Eve is teh suck k tnks ty

    It's been seen before. When blizzard made a joke about a new neutral hero in Wc3x, they created a Goblin Tinker, full with model, stats, and special abilities that required new models and sprites. A month later or so they actually release the hero in a patch.


    I'm not saying that this means they will make WoS though. It would also be bad for buisness since they will cut from their own markedshare.

    I don't want another great lore to be %*à§'d by Blizzard. WoS would be PvP... And WoW isn't, and never will be PvP.

    I think the Zerg section of the article is a brilliant gameplay idea and they should copywrite it quickly so that no one steals it off them. :)

    If that quote from the Gamespy article isn't a dead give-away that this is an April fool's joke, then I dont know what is.
