I wonder if all the NGE lovers actually know why we are angry.
Posting patch notes, upcoming updates and ideas won't change our minds. The whole reason myself and many others quit was because SOE continue to scam, leech, ignore and lie to their playerbase. It's not something that can be solved over night, Sony and LA had their chance and they blew it many, many times. If and when a preNGE version is released and happens to be owned by someone other then SOE that's fine, but if it is Sony or LA you can't just forgive them. It will simply be a choice of two things, either preNGE with a bunch of morons or finding another game and letting SWG go.
Bah it's 4am... i'm tired...

And yes, I think most of them do miss the point. Then again, I cant even begin to fathom how they can actually enjoy the game in its current form. So I guess im missing something too.

Give it two more months till next big change. Then they will be the vets.
What I don't understand is how people can continue paying for a game that is, according to all definitions, still in beta after 3 years. The amount of bugs and missing content is stagering, and still people pay. They must be either adicted or really stupid. I've tried the trial a couple weeks ago and this is what I got:
And people pay for this ?! And this is the free trial !!! It's supposed to bring people into the game...

Oh, this is nothing... try explaining to an impatient WoW Kid why his specials don't work.... oh, and the lag.... oh, and the THOUSANDS of other bugs & useless stuff (items & in-game systems)...
I'll start my own SWG... with Black Jack... and Hookers!!!

Believe it or not, there are people that prefer to lurk here then the official forums that still play the game, I know this because a few have sent me tells in game. So, I'm doing it more for them, but I also know how much you guys like to comment on the notes too 
Seriously speaking, I don't think they care. They have a recent tidbit of information, they notice it hasn't been shared on an SWG board. They share it.
