Was a nice April Fool's joke. However.... if they made an EQ3 that was set in the past, say 500 years before EQ1 and with the same landscape redone with all three islands, Antonica, Faydwer, and Odus, and without all that Heroic Opportunity crap and EQ2 gimmicks, I think they would have a hit.
Folks loved EQ1 because of the world, and that world was shattered and shrunk in EQ2.
... I hope theyd make one, but not made by S.O.E. promise them 20% of the revenue and get them permission to remake it
