The thing you linked is just 2 month's sub for almost the same price you would pay buying it directly from Zenimax. The "+ 3000 crown" part is a bit misleading because you automatically get 1500 crowns per month subbed ... and BTW, that's a user selling it not G2A, and since he's sort of trying to make it seem like you're getting more than just 2 month's sub with the "+3000 crown", I wouldn't trust him.

Shadow of the hist? I thought last dlc is tamriel?
Well , i have 23 USD left lol I dont know what to do:
1 - buy tamriel for 11 USD and use the rest of money to buy crowns
2 - sub 1 month and use the rest of the money to buy crowns
You don't need to buy anything else. I'd just sub for a month if I were you since the bottomless crafting mat bag you get while subbed is very nice for inventory handling especially before you have enough in-game gold to expand your bank and bags.
And buying crowns instead of subbing is only a good deal if the crowns are on sale (you just missed a half price sale lol) since you get 1500 crowns for each month subbed and not much more than that just buying straight crowns.

What is it then? I got an offer of 11USD for it
The Gold Edition is Tamriel Unlimited + 4 DLC: Orsinium, Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood and Imperial City. If you bought the gold edition you already own everything except the Shadow of the Hist DLC... and you'll get free access to that one too while you're subbed.
You're all set. You just need to open an account and register your Gold Edition code, download the game and start playing.
This latest free update is called One Tamriel.
