2.5.1 has already been out since the 21st and 2.5.1b was released the 22nd... not trying to be a pickle or any thing but a week late on the updates
2.) No preview of cash shop items (Youtube Videos suck) show me in game...
Over-All I have tried it going to reinstall it try it again but likely remove it from my pc.
Locked classes? You must be playing the wrong game. There is no locked classes in PoE. They don't technically have classes as you can use any spell and take any path on the passive skill tree. Just because you picked ranger, doesn't necessarily define you as a class. You are only picking the look in a sense. I'd suggest playing through the first 3 acts before you judge it again. It's hands down, the best ARPG on the market atm.
Right, the Scion is locked behind story progression.
Get to Act 3, ascend the Sceptre of God, cool, now you suddenly have lifetime access to it.
You really shouldn't be using the Scion without being familiar with the game anyway, so they're doing you a favour more than anything.
