The time finally came for me

Well, it seems I've finally gotten over this game.
After playing over 2 yrs I got disgusted and left a game I came to love. I've gone through a ton of other games and finally found one I liked, Auto Assault. Unfortunately, AA is crash happy. The technical problems in this game although its only beta are alarming to say the least.
It's not an isolated incident as the forums there are packed with players complaining of crashes, blacked out screens, frozen screens and other tech problems.
After trying unsucessfully to adjust my computer in order to stop the problems, I finally got so frustrated I quit trying.
I then went to Second Life, a mature oriented game for serious roleplayers. It's just like The Sims as far as the type of game it is. But The Sims isn't in the same league as SL.
Character costumization is far beyond belief as you can do anything to your Avatars look, anything. Inside the game, the world is fantastic looking as it's in 3D. And you can do just about anything you do in RL.
So finally after over 2 years of trying, I'm completely over SWG. Galaxies, a game that could of set the standards in excellent gaming, is now, but a simple playstation less then mediocre game. How unfortunate for everyone.

I did cancel a bit ago. I just posted here now.
It's a shame as I did like it but you know how bad it is in that game tech wise.
I used to think about SWG and all the items I left behind. I was filthy rich in Galaxies, had just about everything.
I remember going to Tats where the newbies came in, just to give them items. Yeah, those were the days.
SWG was a great game. I miss it.

It was a "second life", it was a huge and diverse game, it was about community, friends, fun, gameplay, every1 was relying on the other somehow - if economy or combat.
We went out for the big loot, the other day we got groups just to help the newer players getting XP..it was a "we" - no "me", no "i" - it was "we".
Yes, i do miss it too, very much.
WOuld i go back incase of conversion ?
99% not: The mistrust, the betraying is too much.
And honestly, i would feel very stupid again to "smoke again, now where i stopped since month".

Nothing is really catching my attention apart form vanguard, but they said pvp probably wont be ready at launch and its fantasy based, which is a bit of a turn off. Also, it probably wont be anywhere as good as hype. I learned my lesson after DnL. I had a look at auto assault and got into the beta but couldnt be bothered playing it. Tried dark and light prequel: sog. That was the biggest POS ever. Now I just spend time that I used to in game reading forums like this one.
