Chronicles of Elyria Videos: Video Recreates Princess Bride Sword Fight

Chronicles of Elyria aims to be the first MMORPG with features and mechanics that allow you to re-create those emotional moments and exciting scenes from your favorite epic fantasy novels and movies. This is no less true of our combat system than it is for the rest of our features. When thinking back over some of our favorite fight scenes from cinema and literature, one scene kept coming to the forefront more than the rest. What better way to demonstrate a story-book fight scene!

Quick, name the movie before I make Suzie add it! :)

Obvious Princess Bride reference is obvious.

And yes, I made this post before the title was updated.

It was obviously Princess Bride from the beginning, but the flip was a nice touch!

For an over-hyped game, the character modeling and animation is pretty clunky. The males have pretty goon-looking faces. If this game survives, it'll be riding on the age/generations concept alone.

Getting too old for this $&17!

This is going to be an interesting development cycle.

Funny fact, two of the flavors of Mountain Dew have been forbidden in the European Union because one of the ingredients in both is deemed dubious/dangerous to our food standards. But do enjoy of course <3

'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless.

It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.

It is just huge resource waste....'

True that.  I often read the 10 U.S. foods outlawed in EU articles also.

This is also a reason why TTIP is being watched closely.
Consumer protection associations fear that the USA will demand to remove the bans on those drinks and other food.
