Pokemon Go News - Pokemon Go, only in release for the last half of 2016, raked in what is estimated to be nearly $950M. The findings were announced via a special paid report at App Annie.

    No, the record sales mentioned in the article are clearly from the Money Fairie's largesse.

    Would love to see the curve on this. Suspect it is 850M first 3 months, and about 10M last month.

    Anecdotal evidence, of the 5 or 6 people who I knew played at launch, none do so today.

    At launch there were news stories everywhere about people playing and getting into shenanigans. Now next to nothing.

    So again, who is still playing?

    A huge number of non-gamers used to play this game at launch. I'd imagine that user base is now all gone. None of the people I know play anymore.

    In my town still alot of ppl playing it, seeing new trainers in the gyms everyday. And its winter, not that im playing it but I like to check it from time to time, just logging in for dailies. 

    And ofc every month new countries/continents are added:
