Just a reminder in case you missed it or forgot- For Honor open beta is running right now and through Sunday.  Free to try out and test the game.

Personally, I think the game is sweet as fuck.

Didn't actually play it that much.  I can't afford to buy it right now so I didn't want to get too into it.  Damn girlfriend stole my fun money with Valentine's Day.

It was good but I had connectivity issues in about 90% of the games I played: most of the time I got disconnected from games, but another issue is that every time a host disconnects the game pauses while it finds a new host. Absolutely unforgivable setup for a multiplayer battle arena type game, I have never played any game with such a bad networking system. I don't understand how they can even sell this.

The game itself though is a lot of fun, but not worth buying unless I can be guaranteed that I will actually be able to play multiplayer games most of the time.

Honestly, the combat mechanics are good, but also contradictory. The entire game is based around its directional blocks and attacks, but most fights are undermined by ringouts and guard breaks.

Agree with @YashaX on the network part. OMG it is horrible. And I am not sure why I, with my 150mb/50mb open NAT, have to connect to some wankers connection whom disconnects on every hiccup.

But.. The combat is awesome. There is much depth to it and you'll realize it once you learn about classes thoroughly.

I like the rewards and gear progression. I also like how you can just join games without item stats hence everyone being on equal ground.
