    lol, my buddy has been doing  a series on his youtube channel where he follows the cops on GTA5 to see how many crimes they commit on the way to catching a suspect.  almost all chases end with the perp getting shot (of course the perp usually comes out shooting first)  of course the police smashing into multiple cars getting there.  from what i saw in the video it looks they only modded the look of the police cars and the uniforms .  the actual actions seem normal in game from what I've seen.
